But from time to time there are clients who are dissatisfied with some things, like the quality of a product per se. You are able to raise a formal complaint via live chat, email, or telephone. You need to include your full name, date of birth, home address, email, and phone number in it.
You should include all relevant information in your complaint and email it to the casino. You can use other forms to contact the casino but they prefer to have all the relevant information in a written form so they can assist you as soon as possible. Within 24 hours you will receive an email that the casino has received your complaint and they will look into it, and it may take no longer than 8 weeks to receive a reply.
If your complaint hasn’t been resolved in 8 weeks you can submit your dispute to an independent third party dispute resolution free of charge.
